B.W. WELLS ASSOCIATION ANNUAL MEETING

• 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. –  catered pig picking lunch.  *members only*
• 2:00 - 2:30 – Brief business meeting. 
       *Keynote speaker* TBA
• 2:30 p.m. – Guided tours of Rock Cliff Farm, Zeagle’s Rock and others.

Open to public.  Association staff will present a program on B.W. Wells and Rock Ciff Farm.

Open to public.  Camp fire stories about Falls Lake and B.W. Wells.
2012
March 5 - 2:00 p.m.       B.W. Wells History Hike

Celebrate B.W. Wells 127th birthday with a traditional hike and tour of Rock Cliff Farm.

March 20 - 9 am - noon     Volunteer Trail and Grounds work day

Help prepare the trails and grounds for Heritage Day.  Numerous trail and building projects will be completed.

MARCH 31 - 2012 - Saturday    B.W. WELLS HERITAGE DAY      

     9am - 5pm                
                   
History, Geology, Wildflower and history hikes.  Canoe tours, childrens activities and games.  Join us for this open grounds event, some booths and displays will be set up.

April         Wildflower Walk at Mitchells Mill

Hugh Nourse will lead a trip to view unique wildflowers of open rock faces at this site approximately 10 miles east of Wake Forest .

Hugh Nourse will lead a paddling trip to Wyatt's Bend to view Painted Buckeye in bloom, unique geology and of course Zeagle's Rock..
